Design Build

There are many confusing and foreign construction terms out there, Design-Build should not be one of them. In short, think project fast-tracking. Many owners and clients come to Cline Contracting with a quick and streamlined project turnaround need, and we use the design-build method to achieve our client/owner project goals.  Essentially, the design-build method allows the design, pricing and scheduling of a project to be performed simultaneously during the design phase of a project. 

We use our experience to work directly with the design team during the project design phase to assist with site-specific design details, building orientations, material and detail acceleration techniques, phasing, and budget cost control. We work concurrently through the design phase to ensure the constructability meets our owner expectations as well as meeting and/or exceeding the owner's budgets and schedule. 

Construction Management

Whether you’re a local owner or managing from afar, institutions, developers, owners, and property managers rely on Cline Contracting’s expertise to assist with construction management on various levels. Over the years we’ve provided construction management services including due diligence, pre-project planning, feasibility, phasing, contractor coordination, schedule tracking, and quality assurance, to name a few. 

Having a third-party trusted construction manager can increase an owner's confidence level by knowing the project is being handled and run in the most efficient manner possible. This will in turn provide project savings, scheduling acceleration, and avoiding costly project delays or constructability constraints. Our goal as a construction manager is to be a partner in the overall success of the project!
