The old saying still rhymes true, “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” At Cline Contracting we insist on over planning and communicating on the front end of any and every project. During the pre-construction phase we strive to fully understand the client’s needs, collaborate to create the most effective space, coordinate to ensure streamlined delivery, and schedule to ensure the client’s preferred timeline is met.
Execute
Quickly followed by the pre-construction phase, Cline Contracting’s selected project team will execute on the given plan and advance the project into the build out phase. Throughout project build out the Cline Team will provide daily onsite oversight, timely client progress and scheduling updates, coordination of client vendors and communication of project expectations.
